PLEASE NOTE: Bat droppings (called guano) are one of the world's richest
natural fertilizers. It is collected daily from the floors of South American caves
that house many thousands of bats. Our bat specimens are the byproduct of that
industry. They all died of natural causes and their bodies were collected with the guano,
carefully washed, preserved and mounted. . No bats were killed to provide these specimens,
as they are necessary for providing the guano. |
